Distractions

If you're wondering whether it's difficult to go to school in Hawai'i without getting distracted, the answer is yes. If you can study when it looks like this outside you can do ANYTHING. I almost didn't leave this desk for 7 hours today.

Back in Hawai'i

I got back to Hawai'i a couple of days ago and it feels great. The beginning is never easy though (finding a job, starting classes, etc.) These pictures are of my new house. I didn't know what to think at first but I've decided that I like it, especially the balcony and view!

Ventura

No trip to Ventura and Oxnard is complete without strawberries. We were lucky enough to be there during a block party too!

Temescal Canyon Hike

Went on a hike up Temescal Canyon in Malibu this week. I hiked it once last summer but took a different trail to Skull Rock instead of the waterfall.

Road Trip!!!!!!!

I went on a loooooong road trip with my family this past week. Up through Nevada, Arizona, Utah, Idaho, then over to Oregon and down the California coast visiting friends and family along the way. Seeing so many new places just fuels the fire of my travel addiction.
